43128 speeds past Circourt Bridge, Denchworth on 19 March 2012 with the 1L32 06:58 Swansea to Paddington First Great Western service. The train is passing the site of the long abandoned village of Circourt, which was recorded as having a manor house in the thirteenth century. I think I might have stumbled upon a certain Welsh driver's trademark, as the carefully positioned newspapers underneath the sun visor exactly mirror a picture I took of a slightly earlier train a few months previously! |
