The Cotswold Line's diminutive station at Shipton gets a greater number of stopping trains on a Saturday, compared to a weekday. One such is the 1P37 08:43 Great Malvern to Paddington First Great Western service, which brings the incongruous sight of a HST stopping at this small wayside station, where as can be seen from this view, only a small part of the train is actually alongside the platform. 43128 is pictured in the rain on 13 June 2015.
