43168 Aller 11 August 1999

43168 appears from out of the fog at Aller on 11 August 1999 with what is presumably a Paddington to Plymouth First Great Western special in connection with the total solar eclipse, which would happen in the West Country later that day. This also explains the long line of road traffic heading west, which I doubt is a normal feature of the Newton Abbot area at 07:20!
