47515 passes Claydon on 1 July 1986 with the 2B59 19:15 Worcester Shrub Hill to Cardiff Central service. A full length mostly air-conditioned train, complete with catering vehicle was certainly luxury provision for this 'all stations' local service! Throughout the summer of 1986 it was worked either by Class 47s or 50s.
