47540 arrives at Kingham station on a very dull 27 October 1979. This was at a time when the Cotswold Line's service was very sparse, although most trains were still loco hauled. This is the 1B58 10:50 Paddington to Worcester Shrub Hill service. This view is included, despite the gloomy conditions, as it shows the southern end of Kingham station before it got surrounded by trees and bushes.
