47565 Responsive failed to live up to its name on 21 August 1995, and failed whilst working the 1C53 16:02 Paddington to Plymouth Royal Mail vans. It was rescued by 47543, and the duo are pictured passing the site of Ashbury Crossing, near Shrivenham, running nearly 90 minutes late. This late running was a definite advantage, as the lighting angle was much better.
