In the late 1980s, 47577 carried this unusual version of 'large logo' livery. The standard Rail Blue livery has been modified by adding a full body height double arrow and medium size numbers. An Eastfield 'Westie' completes the strange hybrid colour scheme. It seems to have spooked the dog in the field on the left, as it passes Ashchurch on 6 May 1989 with the 1S85 07:07 Plymouth to Glasgow Central, which it worked as far as Birmingham New Street.
