47609 Fire Fly passes Berkswell on 15 August 1988 with the 1S87 13:15 Brighton to Glasgow Central 'Sussex Scot'. Note the unusual split nameplate, with the Great Western Railway crest between the two halves. The inevitable spiky palisade fence has made this location much more difficult nowadays.
