47660 passes through Yate station on 10 August 1989 with the late running 1V54 13:20 Liverpool Lime Street to Plymouth service. The station had been reopened three months earlier, but unlike the original station (which closed in 1965), the platforms were staggered either side of the road bridge. The original station's platforms were on the other side of the bridge.
