It is pictured passing Uffington on 7 January 2025 with the 5Q87 09:20 Eastleigh to Long Marston, running 93 minutes late, after being held up by a track circuit failure near Micheldever. This late running had improved the light angle, but had increased the possibility of the picture being ruined, as there was masses of dark clouds to the west. 701030 made its first trip to Long Marston on 5 April 2023, returning to Eastleigh on 25 July 2024.
