47805 passes Claverham on 10 August 1989 with the 1M09 08:47 Plymouth to Liverpool Lime Street service. As one of the later Class 47/4 conversions, this loco (as 47650) had already been fitted with long range fuel tanks, but in mid 1989 it was decided to renumber these long range locos into the 47/8 series. This explains why the 805 part of the number is cleaner than the 47 part!
