47818 passes Cockwood Harbour on 2 May 1994 with the 1E61 15:55 Plymouth to Leeds service. Just like every other time that I visited this location, the tide is out. In this case so much so that two people can be seen on the right, walking across the exposed sand by the estuary of the River Exe.
