47824 Glorious Devon passes South Moreton (Didcot East) on 11 December 1991 with the late running 1V94 11:06 Birmingham New Street to Paddington service. The freezing cold and the ever present traffic crossing the narrow bridge didn't prevent me spending several hours at this spot, which like a lot of locations in the area, no longer exists, due to the electrification of the route.
