50004 St Vincent glints in the last rays of the setting sun on 10 April 1988, as it speeds past the site of Yarnton Junction with the 1A67 16:15 Hereford to Paddington Network SouthEast service. This is my final picture of this particular locomotive, despite the fact that in remained in service for another two years. It was transferred to the DCWA engineers pool a month after this picture was taken, and thereafter completely eluded me.
