50005 Collingwood approaches what is now Cam & Dursley station, but was then (29 October 1983) just called Coaley Junction. It is working the 1V76 09:20 Liverpool Lime Street to Penzance service. Quite why I have cropped the picture so tightly I cannot now recall, possibly I didn't see it coming, but surely I would have heard a Class 50!
