With six Chiltern Railways Mk 3 coaches in tow, 50008 Thunderer runs along the down relief line at Challow on 16 November 2019 with the 5Z41 12:42 Wembley to Bristol Barton Hill ECS. Unfortunately the earlier sunshine had completely disappeared, and it was now getting quite dark. The few minutes that the train was stopped in the loop allowed me just enough time to walk back down the field to where it had stopped, and get a picture of the nameplate.
