50008 Thunderer approaches Goring & Streatley station on 14 February 2026 with failed Robel Mobile Maintenance Train DR97802, DR97602 & DR97502 in tow. The working is the 6Z82 13:35 Didcot Fuelling Point to Eastleigh East Yard. In order to work this, Thunderer had to come all the way from Yorkshire, running as the 0Z50 06:25 Knottingley to Didcot Fuelling Point light engine. The Robel track machine had failed in Kennington Goods Loop two days earlier whilst working the 6U82 06:43 York Thrall Europa to Paddock Wood Keylands Sidings. After a four hour delay it managed to struggle to Didcot.
