50008 Thunderer approaches Standish Junction in a brief burst of unexpected sunshine on 13 January 2018 with the 4Z03 08:00 Okehampton to Chaddesden Sidings, conveying Network Rail rail grinders DR79501, DR79502, DR79503, DR79504, DR79505, DR79506 & DR79507. 56104 can be seen on the rear of the train. Although not originally booked to do so, the train reversed at Gloucester, but this proved to be a mistake, as 56104 promptly failed. Good old Thunderer had to take over at Eckington loop, but not before the train was nearly two hours late!
