50035 Ark Royal passes Southam in a very brief patch of sunshine on 28 July 2019 with the 2C59 11:15 Broadway to Cheltenham Racecourse service, during the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway's Diesel Gala. As far as I can tell from all the pictures that I have seen, this could very well be the only picture of this loco in full sun taken during the whole three day gala. This is particularly annoying, as both the Thursday before the gala, and the Monday afterwards, were almost completely sunny days!
