50036 Victorious approaches Oxford North Junction on 13 May 1987 with the 1M17 11:17 Paddington to Birmingham New Street InterCity service. By this date very few Class 50s ventured north of Oxford station (just out of sight around the corner in the background), the remaining Cotswold Line services having gone over to HST operation just a few days earlier.
