50050 Fearless & 50007 Sir Edward Elgar pass Stoford with the Pathfinder Tours 1Z40 08:52 Waterloo to Exeter St. Davids '50 Terminator' railtour on 26 March 1994. A 25 minute stop at Yeovil Junction enabled me to easily get to this location after seeing the tour at Oborne. As this was the final Class 50 hauled train on the national network (at least until the first run of the preserved 50031 a mere four years later) the event was being videoed from the cab for Locomaster Profiles. Note the cameraman in the secondman's seat!
