Castle Class 4-6-0 5043 Earl of Mount Edgcumbe passes Chilson on 4 October 2014 with the Vintage Trains 1Z35 15:26 Oxford to Tyseley 'Cotswold Explorer' railtour. The train is making quite a severe brake application here, and was down to a very slow speed as it disappeared from view towards Ascott-under-Wychwood. Presumably there was an brief unscheduled stop there, as the train was still clearly visible heading up the valley as I drove along the Burford road, over five minutes later.
