I'm not sure exactly what's going on here, but judging by the number of people in the cab something is afoot. Class 415 4-EPB 5444 leads the 14:32 Waterloo to Weymouth Network SouthEast service into Winchester on 28 June 1991. This is definitely unusual stock for this particular service, and in fact the class has always been more associated with Kent than Hampshire.
