45xx 2-6-2T 5541 arrives at Norchard on 24 September 2022 with the 12:31 Parkend to Lydney Junction service. This is the Dean Forest Railway's headquarters - an extensive site split over two levels, with various sidings on the lower level which originally served Norchard Colliery. Two of the line's diesel locomotives: Class 14 D9521 & Hunslet 0-4-0 shunter 5622 Don Corbett can be seen near the water tower.
