56071 passes Oxford North Junction on 28 July 1983 with the 7V34 04:17 Toton to Didcot Power Station MGR. At least one gardener is already at work in the Trap Grounds allotments on the left. The access to the allotments at the time was the very basic crossing in the foreground.
