Whilst working the 3S31 22:01 Swindon Transfer to Cheltenham Lansdown Loop Rail Head Treatment Train on the morning of 6 October 2023, 67027 developed a fault, which required 56113 to move from the rear of the train to the front, to complete the rest of the diagram with 67027 dead in tow, producing the very rare sight of a double headed RHTT working. The Colas duo are pictured passing Coates in a lucky bit of sunshine with the 3S32 11:07 Cheltenham Lansdown Loop to Swindon Transfer, which was running 21 minutes late.
