Nearing the end of a perfect day's photography at the East Lancashire Railway's DMU Gala on 5 November 2017, the unique Class 109 56171 & 50496 and Class 105 56121 & 51485 approach Burrs with the 2J64 14:45 Rawtenstall to Heywood service. I had carefully positioned myself here to get the maximum number of trees with their superb autumn foliage in the picture, both on the lineside, and around Springside Farm in the background.
