56302 runs along the down relief line at Denchworth on 27 February 2012 with the 6Z56 (appropriately!) 12:04 Wembley to Cardiff Canton scrap empties. The terrible weather conditions at least meant that I could take the shot from the north side of the line, allowing this wider view. It was running 20 minutes early at this point, which you would think would mean that the booked stop at Challow would be extended. However, I wasn't going to rely on it staying at Challow until its booked departure time, so drove quickly round to Uffington. This was just as well, as they let it out early, and it was 28 minutes early at Uffington!
