56312 passes Charlton-on-Otmoor on 23 November 2012 with the 6Z91 10:55 Calvert to Didcot Power Station flyash empties. A day of sunshine after a day of torrential rain that had left many local roads flooded. This included the road between Islip and Charlton-on-Otmoor, which was my route to this location. The driver of the Land Rover coming the other way seemed doubtful, but going slowly and creating a huge bow wave I successfully negotiated the lake!
