58011 heads north at Stenson Junction on 16 October 1986, passing the boats on the adjacent Trent & Mersey Canal. After a short life of only 15 years, the loco was withdrawn in 1999, but was exported to France in 2005 for a new life with Fertis, working engineering trains. It returned to the UK the following year, but then went back to France for a second engineering contract. This time it did not return, and was scrapped in July 2023.
