This train is booked to stop at Challow for three minutes to allow the 1C15 13:00 Paddington to Bristol Temple Meads GWR service to pass. Even though this train was cancelled, the 59 was routed into the loop at Wantage Road as usual, and then waited at Challow for nothing at all to pass it, then was put back out onto the mainline!
