60044 Ailsa Craig & 60061 Alexander Graham Bell pass Mostyn on 11 August 1991 with the 1T60 16:40 Llandudno to Crewe special, one of a number of special trains operating along the North Wales Coast, during the Trainload Coal Motive Power Day. Both locomotives were brand new, and had only been in service for a few weeks.
