60051 Mary Somerville has just passed through Culham station on 13 May 1992, whilst working the 6M23 15:54 Fawley to Longport LPG tanks. Note the buildings on the left which were once part of nearby RNAS Culham, one of the many airfields opened locally in the 1930s. Part of the site is now used for nuclear research.
