60055 Thomas Barnardo runs along the up relief line near Circourt Bridge, Denchworth, on 13 November 2024 with the 6Z52 07:03 Tytherington to Quainton Railhead stone train. As indicated by the sign, this picture is taken from the approach to the little used footbridge just to the east of Circourt road bridge. There was a worrying few minutes just before I took this picture, as the 6V53 10:38 Oxford Banbury Road to East Usk Yard stone empties was approaching very slowly from behind me, as the far end of the down relief line at Challow was already occupied by the 6C31 10:10 Theale to Whatley Quarry stone empties. Luckily the Class 60 was also travelling slowly, so it all worked well, although the back end of 6V53 can be seen on the left.
