60096 ambles along the down relief line at Denchworth with the 6B33 13:33 Theale to Robeston Murco oil empties on 8 October 2009. I had deliberately chosen this spot as its low angle shows off the sky to best effect. Picturesque the clouds may be, but one of them drifted in front of the sun just as the train had passed, and I wouldn't be at all surprised if the photographers waiting at the much more frequented Circourt Bridge, a little distance to the west, missed out on a sunny shot because of it.
