Neatly framed by a pair of venerable oak trees, A1 4-6-2 60163 Tornado passes Shorthampton on 14 February 2016 with the UK Railtours 1Z63 10:30 Paddington to Worcester Shrub Hill 'Red Rose' railtour. I wanted to find a location where the exhaust, which I knew would inevitably be blowing down across the train, would not be too much of a problem, and a side view passing these trees seemed the obvious choice, despite the long muddy walk to get to the location. As can be seen from the dark background, I was also very lucky with the sun here.
