A1 4-6-2 60163 Tornado passes Steventon on 1 March 2017 with the UK Railtours 1Z63 09:30 Paddington to Cardiff Central 'Saint David' railtour. This had left London 48 minutes late, entirely due to the late arrival of the empty stock. I was really surprised to be the only person at this location. Although obviously not near a public road, this is a well known photographic spot, owned by a very friendly farmer, and I expected at least a small gallery of photographers.
