King Class 4-6-0 6024 King Edward I arrives at Droitwich on 10 January 1998 with the 1Z27 Paddington to Gloucester 'Cathedrals Express' railtour. The train had just worked up from Didcot (where steam replaced diesel) and then via Birmingham. I'm not sure if the Vauxhall Viva in the background is still in existence, but twelve years after this picture was taken the Honda on the left certainly is, admittedly now with 373,000 miles on the clock!
