Coronation Class 4-6-2 6233 Duchess of Sutherland passes the site of Uffington station with the Steam Dreams 1Z82 08:45 Victoria to Worcester Shrub Hill 'Cathedrals Express' railtour on 27 August 2008, after just having stopped in the loop at Challow for water. It was a really dull day, which did at least allow this picture to be taken from what would otherwise be the wrong side for the light. We will gloss over the fact that the 'Cathedrals Express' should by rights travel to Worcester via Oxford and the 'Cotswold Line' rather than the 'Golden Valley' route via Stroud!
