My first picture of one of DB Cargo's re-geared Class 66/6s. 66651, the first of the conversions, passes Claydon on 17 September 2024 with the 6V05 09:12 Round Oak to Margam steel empties. The loco was formerly 66221, and is one of ten high tractive effort conversions, designed as a replacement for DB's withdrawn Class 60s.
