66701 Whitemoor is pictured at Bardrill (between Blackford and Gleneagles) on the Highland Main Line with the 6S60 22:50 Harwich Parkeston Quay to Aberdeen Guild Street Carless mud oil tanks on 16 June 2006. Considering this is one of the classic locations in mid Scotland, within easy reach of the A9 (seen here in the background), I was surprised that I was the only person here on this day, as shortly after this train the Class 50s headed north on their record breaking tour to Wick and Thurso.
