66720 Wolvercote Junction 22 August 2011

Pass the sunglasses! Arguably the strangest 'livery' applied to any UK locomotive, 66720 shows off its new colour scheme as it slowly passes Wolvercote Junction on 22 August 2011 with the 6O96 10:23 Mountsorrel to Eastleigh ballast. This design is the work of six year old Emily Goodman, who won GBRf's 'design a livery' competition. Each side is different, with the other side being possibly even more bizarre. Caught just a few minutes before a cloud covered the sun, and only a few seconds before a diverted Chiltern Railways Class 168 would have blotted out the view.
