66848 passes Yarnton on 20 January 2014 with the 6M50 07:55 Westbury to Bescot engineers train. I definitely would not normally take a picture of a Class 66 with the sun right behind the train, and virtually shining into the lens (thank goodness for a deep lens hood!). In this case however, a couple of points made it worthwhile. Firstly the inclusion of the RHTT tanks in the train, and secondly the floods in the field are neatly showing up the remains of the medieval ridge and furrow field system. |
