The extra bodyside door which distinguishes a Class 66/9 low emission variant from a standard 'Shed' can clearly be seen in this picture. Note also the recently relaid and upgraded bi-directional line on the right, which allows traffic for the Bicester line (which diverges at Oxford North Junction, just beyond the footbridge in the background) to keep clear of the main running lines.
