69008 Richard Howe passes Kemble on 17 July 2024 with the late running 5Q86 12:30 Long Marston to Eastleigh, taking South Western Railway EMU 701025 back to south of England, after its 15 month stay at Long Marston. A large number of these units are in still in store, nearly five years after they should have been in service. This one had travelled to Long Marston on 13 April 2023 behind 47749 City of Truro.
