From Bristol it would work the 1Z47 15:47 Bristol Temple Meads to Plymouth, returning the following day with the 1Z48 09:31 Plymouth to Bristol Temple Meads (during which it unfortunately stalled on Hemerdon Bank), 1Z48 15:33 Bristol Temple Meads to Paddington, and 1Z49 18:51 Paddington to Birmingham Snow Hill.
