Castle Class 4-6-0 7029 Clun Castle runs alongside the Oxford Canal at Heyford on 15 June 2019 with the Vintage Trains 1Z50 06:53 Solihull to Oxford 'Oxford 175 Express' railtour. As the name suggests, this tour was to mark the 175th anniversary of the railway arriving at Oxford. I was surprised to be the only photographer at this very scenic location. I was also extremely lucky with the sun, as can be seen from the black clouds in the background. After several minutes of sunshine, the sun disappeared behind a very large cloud just as I heard the train approaching. Then, by some miracle, the sun reappeared briefly as the train passed by! Note the old wooden railway sleeper that has just drifted into view on the left of the canal.
