73136 Kent Youth Music & 33051 Shakespeare Cliff pull out of Guildford station on 14 December 1996 with the Pathfinder Tours 1Z56 14:57 Guildford to Bristol Temple Meads 'Rooster Booster' railtour. This was running over 40 minutes late, and 15:40 is not a good time to be taking a picture of a moving train on ISO 100 film near the shortest day of the year! Luckily the train was moving very slowly. Various EMUs can be seen in the background, with a Class 166 DMU on the far right, which would soon be working a train to Reading.
