Note the three sets of measuring wheels in the foreground used to assess track geometry. On the right of this picture the remains of the former coal yard can be seen, while the posts of a new fence separating the yard area from the line have yet to receive any wire. This is the start of the fourteen mile single track section of the Cotswold Line to Wolvercote Junction.
