73962 Dick Mabbutt passes Churchill Heath (near Kingham) on 21 June 2018 with the 1Z73 07:14 Paddington to Long Marston GBRf special, run in connection with the Rail Live event. Classmate 73963 Janice is bringing up the rear. This was a re-run of the previous day's train, and is therefore the second Class 73 hauled train over the Cotswold Line. The previous day's return working failed after leaving Long Marston, and travelled ECS to Eastleigh via Bristol. The problem was with the 4-TC stock employed, which explains the use here of four replacement Mk1s.
